The response format of the Get Feature request is controlled by the OUTPUTFORMAT attribute. The default value is "application/gml+xml;version=3.2". This default value indicates that WFS 2.0.0 must generate GML 3.2-encoded documents.
The GetFeature operation of the WFS 2.0.0 service supports both Query and StoredQuery. Use Query Query mode. The WFS 2.0.0 service will return a FeatureCollection element containing zero or more member elements in response to the request. Each member element represents an instance of a feature. Using the StoredQuery mode, the WFS 2.0.0 service will directly return a specific element instance that meets the query requirements.
